Registration is required by any group to be officially recognised as a 4-H Club with the 4-H Office.  Registration entitles groups to general assistance.

Prerequisites

• Two (2) Adult Leaders
• Minimun of ten (10) Members aged 7-25
• A meeting place

Steps

1. Download  CLUB_REGISTRATION_FORM.doc or collect from 4-H Office
2. Submit completed registration form 
3. Call the Office to set up appointment to meet with Field Development Officer

Outcome

1. Letter acknowledging receipt of application for registration
2. Confirmation of registration in four (4) weeks
