Leadership Training is targeted at 4-H leaders and aims at improving skills in the areas of
Project Selection, Finance, Leadership, Motivation, among others, needed for effective performance of the role of leader. These programs are developed and scheduled by the 4-H Office in conjucntion with Leaders.
 

Prerequisites
  • Must be an existing leader of an active 4H club
  • Senior member of a active 4H club
  • Interested in becoming a leader of a 4-H Club


Steps
  • Express interest by emailing, calling or writing the 4H office identifying the specific area of your need where possible


Outcome
  1. Confirmation of request to the office via medium similar to that used for the request.
  2. Invitation to attend next available relavent training
